Stacey A. Murphy, 29, had a charge of battery-domestic violence, stemming from a 6/18/07 case, dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jamie M. Barney, 25, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges, (9/3/07 case).

The charge was amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license.

Barney was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Barney had a charge of failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation, stemming from a 9/3/07 case, dismissed by the prosecutor.

Mark W. Sharp, 30, was found guilty of a violation of his drivers or commercial drivers license, (12/9/07 case).

Sharp was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jose G. Tirado-Molina was found guilty for dogs running at large, (12/7/07 case). Molina was fined $57 for the charge.

Chester J. Moore was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (12/10/07 case). Moore was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Moore had a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance, (12/10/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Oscar Flores-Sandoval, 24, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (12/16/07 case).

Sandoval was fined $144 for the charge.

Tiffany Curl, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution or the use of tobacco by a minor, (12/14/07 case). Curl was fined $300 for the charge ($225 suspended).

Curl was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, (12/14/07 case). Curl was issued 6 months probation, had her drivers license suspended for 30 days and fined $300 ($225 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.
