Magistrate Court

Richard A. Bernt, 49, was found guilty for an amended charge of use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia (amended to Controlled Substance-frequenting place used, etc. - 5/15/07 case). Bernt was fined $150 plus $82.50 in court costs.

Kyle L. Adamson, 23, was found guilty for unlawful taking of game animals, birds, and fur bearers, (5/20/07 case). Adamson had his hunting license suspended for one year and fined $150 plus $80 in court costs.

Adamson had a charge of failure to carry and exhibit on request a drivers license, (5/20/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jefferie J. Werry, 44, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence, (5/27/07 case). Werry was sentenced to 180 days (170 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 2 years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 2 years and fined $1,000 plus $122.50 in court costs.

Adrian John, 21, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges, (amended to driving without privileges - 2nd offense, 5/27/07 case). John was sentenced to 180 days in jail (160 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 1 year and fined $750 ($500 suspended) plus $237.50 in court costs.

Trent M.G. Petersen, 22, pleaded not guilty to a charge of racing on a public highway, (6/7/07 case). Petersen was found guilty, sentenced to 1 day in jail, (converted to 20 hours community service) and fined $200 plus $72.50 in court costs.

Gary E. Richardson, 48, was found guilty for driving without privileges, (6/12/07 case). Richardson was sentenced to 2 days in jail (work release), had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $250 plus $87.50 in court costs.

Richardson had a charge of failure to appear for misdemeanor citation, (6/12/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Craig C. Miller, Jr., 22, was found guilty for the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, (6/28/07 case). Miller was sentenced to 30 days in jail (28 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($400 suspended), plus $217.50 in court costs and $100 in restitution.

Miller had a charge of failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (6/28/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor. Miller was ordered to pay $100 in restitution.

Sam K. Johonsen, 52, pleaded guilty to exceeding allowable gross loads and failure to appear for misdemeanor citation, (8/8/07 cases). The cases have both been withheld.

Jay James Eaton, 57, was found guilty for an amended charge of failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (amended to possession of mutilated, altered, revoked drivers license - 9/13/07 case). Eaton was fined $30 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Douglas L. Schilz, 24, pleaded not guilty to a charge of battery, (9/22/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Miguel A. Rosales-Torres, 34, was found guilty for failure to validate or attach game tags to a carcass. Rosales-Torres was fined $150 plus $83 in court costs.

Wayne Alan McNamar, 21, pleaded not guilty for dispensing an alcoholic beverage to a minor, (10/28/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Dean W. Padgett, 19, had charges of driving under the influence and possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, (10/28/07 cases), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Alberto Mondragon, 22, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (11/4/07 case). Mondragon was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Mondragon had a charge of misrepresenting his age, or altering his identification card, (11/4/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Felipe Valdez, 22, was found guilty for misrepresenting his age, or altering his identification card.

Zita Kabok, 47, was found guilty for littering roadway from her vehicle, (11/3/07 case). Kabok was fined $109.

Denise A. Hernandez, 16, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (10/31/07 case). Hernandez was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Martin J. Guillen, 42, was found guilty for disturbing the peace - willfully disturbing neighborhood, (11/7/07 case). Guillen was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Maria K. Gates, 21, had a charge of failure to carry a drivers license, (11/8/07 case), dismissed by the court.

Eduardo R. Monreal, 26, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (11/9/07 case). Monreal was fined $144 plus $2 in court costs.

Coreen M. Patrick, 22, was found guilty for dog running at large, (11/11/07 case). Patrick was fined $57.

Michael Patrick Martin, 25, was found guilty for an amended charge of enhancement-domestic battery/assault-child present, (7/8/06 case). The charge was amended to false imprisonment.

Martin was sentenced to 90 days in jail (85 days suspended, 3 days credited), placed on 1 year probation, ordered to serve four days of sheriff inmate labor detail, fined $400 ($400 suspended) plus $85 in court costs.

Martin was found guilty for a probation violation, (7/8/06 case). Martin was sentenced to 85 days in jail (85 days credited).

John J. Dipaolo, 49, was found guilty for driving under the influence, (3/1/07 case). Dipaolo was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 12 months probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days, and fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) plus $474.50 in court costs.

Dipaolo was found guilty for a probation violation, (3/1/07 case). Dipaolo was sentenced to 4 days in jail, issued a work release and fined $100.

Michele Dawn Zupkow, 31, was found guilty for an amended charge of aggravated assault (use deadly weapon/instrument). The charge, stemming from a 3/7/07 case was amended to assault.

Zupkow was sentenced to 60 days in jail (45 days suspended, 15 days credited), placed on 1 year probation, and fined $500 ($350 suspended) plus $78.50 in court costs.

Zupkow was found guilty for malicious injury to property, (3/7/07 case). Zupkow was fined $500 ($400 suspended).

Zupkow was charged with resisting or obstructing officers, (3/7/07 case). The charge, (amended to assault) was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Zupkow was found guilty for contempt of court, (3/7/07 case). Zupkow was sentenced to 2 days in jail (2 days credited).

Travis Anderson, (age unknown), was found guilty for an amended charge of inattentive/careless driving, (4/26/07 case). The charge was amended to maximum speed limitations and basic rule violation. Anderson was fined $20.50 plus $41.50 in court costs.

Edward James Allen, 27, was charged with public nuisance, (5/21/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor, though Allen had to pay $75 in forfeited bonds.

Juan M. Saucedo, 34, was found guilty for an amended charge of a violation of his drivers or commercial drivers license, (7/12/07 case). The charge was amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license. Saucedo was sentenced to 2 days in jail (2 days credited) and fined $100 plus $150.50 in court costs.

Saucedo was charged with misrepresenting or altering his identification card, (7/12/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Adam T. Phillips, 17, was found guilty for placing debris on public/private property, (7/23/07 case). Phillips was fined $75 plus $79.50 in court costs.

Phillips was found guilty for contempt of court and fined $75.

Barry P. O' Connor, 55, was found guilty for providing false info to a police officer, (9/23/07 case). O' Connor was sentenced to 10 days in jail (10 days credited) and fined $150.50 in court costs.

Michael J. Henne, 38, was found guilty for failure to validate or attach game tags to a carcass, (10/25/07 case). The case has been withheld.

Christopher R. Ovard, 20, was found guilty for exceeding the maximum speed limit, (11/3/07 case). Ovard was fined $33.50 plus $41.50 in court costs.

Ovard was found guilty for failure to provide proof of insurance, (11/3/07 case). Ovard was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jared B. Milaskey, 24, was found guilty for inattentive/careless driving, (11/11/07 case). Milaskey was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Milaskey was found guilty for the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, (11/11/07 case). Milaskey was fined $150.

Jacob A. Lynd, 22, was charged with failure to give immediate notice of an accident, (11/10/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Alejandro S. Martinez, 16, was found guilty for possession, consumption and purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, (11/17/07 case). Martinez had his drivers license suspended for 90 days and fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.
