Magistrate Court

Aristeo G. Marquez, Jr., 25, was found guilty to an amended charge of driving under the influence, (11/12/05 case). Marquez was sentenced to 180 days in jail (170 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 2 years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 1 year and fined $1,012.50 ($1,000 suspended) plus $337.50 in court costs.

Nikalena Lynch, 26, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence, the charge was amended to disturbing the peace, (6/1/07 case). Lynch was sentenced to 14 days in jail (12 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 1 year probation, and fined $500 ($500 suspended) plus $122.50 in court costs.

Lisa J. Gibson, 18, pleaded not guilty for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, (6/16/07 case). The case was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jason A. Hotchkiss, 29, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (9/10/07 case). The case was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Leonardo Compos Acosta, 35, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (10/17/07 case). Acosta was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Alfredo Garcia Ipadilla, 33, was found guilty for a drivers license or commercial drivers license violation, (10/16/07 case). Ipadilla was fined $68.50 plus $77.50 in court costs.

Jesus Arizmendi-Beltran, 27, was found guilty for driving under the influence, (10/21/07 case). Beltran was sentenced to 5 days in jail (1 day credited), had his drivers license suspended for 180 days, and fined $409.50 plus $90.50 in court costs.

Beltran was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (10/21/07 case). Beltran was fined $141.

Cesar Nunez Cisneros, 17, was charged with reckless driving and failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (10/25/07 cases). The cases were both dismissed by the prosecutor.
