Magistrate Court

Aristeo G. Marquez, Jr., 25, was found guilty to an amended charge of driving under the influence, (11/12/05 case). Jesus Arizmendi-Beltran, 27, was found guilty for driving under the influence, (10/21/07 case). Beltran was sentenced to 5 days in jail (1 day credited), had his drivers license suspended for 180 days, and fined $409.50 plus $90.50 in court costs.
