Prouty always accurate, says what he means

Wednesday, October 17, 2007

Dear editor:

When I was asked if I wanted to write a support letter for Mitch Prouty, I was asked what I most admired about him. I said he was accurate. When pressed what I meant, here is what I came up with in the meaning.

When Mitch says something he is very articulate in expressing what he means. He does not waste a lot of words just to hear himself talk. Most politicians talk way to much. More importantly, Mitch is to the point and what he says he means. Something most politicians don't do. Anyway, that is what I meant about accurate.

It seems to me this trait of his, being accurate, would be helpful should he be elected to city council. I know I am going to vote for Mitch because he is accurate and will do a good job.
