Magistrate's Court

Kelly P. Myers, 36, had a charge of battery-domestic violence amended to battery. Myers was found guilty, sentenced to 60 days in jail (58 days suspended), placed on 15 months probation, put in a treatment program (all options in 60 days), and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $69.50 in court costs.

Myers was charged with contempt of court found guilty, and sentenced to 3 days in jail (3 days suspended).

Myers was charged again with contempt of court, but the charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jodie F. Hopkins, 40, had a charge of driving without privileges amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license. Hopkins was found guilty and fined $150 plus $63.50 in court costs.

Nikolas S. Glasgow, 22, had a charge of driving without privileges amended to driving without privileges (second offense). Glasgow was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail (70 days suspended), placed on 18 months probation, had his drivers license suspended for 1 year, and was fined $1,000 ($700 suspended) plus $98.50 in court costs.

Glasgow was charged with reckless driving, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail (20 days suspended), placed on 18 months probation, and fined $300 ($150 suspended), plus $187.50 in court costs.

During trial, Glasgow was charged with contempt of court, found guilty and fined $25.

Glasgow was found guilty to a charge of petit theft. Glasgow was sentenced to 180 days (160 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 2 years probation, and fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended) plus $1,099 in court costs.

Clark was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days (300 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 2 years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 365 days, issued his work release and fined $2,000 ($1,750 suspended) plus $322.50 in court costs.

Clark was charged with driving without privileges. Clark was found guilty, sentenced to 20 days in jail, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $250.

Clark was charged with contempt of court, found guilty, sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days suspended), and placed on 6 months probation.

Amy C. Michels, 31, was charged with driving under the influence. Michaels pleaded guilty, but the case has been withheld.

Michels was charged with a probation violation. Michels was found guilty, sentenced to 2 days in jail and placed on 1 year probation.

Timothy D. Howell, 46, was charged with driving under the influence. Howell pleaded not guilty, but the case was dismissed by the prosecutor, and Howell will have to pay $87.50 in forfeited bonds.

Julie Ann Yost, 47, had a charge of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by use of fraud or forgery amended to possession of a controlled substance. Yost was found guilty of the charge.

James L. Crawford, 60, was charged with vicious dogs. Crawford pleaded not guilty, but the court found Crawford guilty, sentenced Crawford to 15 days in jail (15 days suspended), placed on 2 years probation and fined $500 ($200 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Curtis L. Shane, 23, had a charge of vicous dogs amended to dogs running at large, Shane was found guilty to the charge.

Braulio Martinez, 15, was found guilty for failure to carry a drivers license. Martinez was fined $13.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Carla D. Winterholler, 43, was charged with a violation of her drivers or commercial drivers license. Winterholler was found guilty and fined $68.50 plus $77.50 in court costs.

Anthony C. Prewitt, 21, was charged with failure to purchase or holding an invalid drivers license. Prewitt was found guilty and fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Guillermo Melendez-Arenas, 23, had a charge of driving without privileges amended to failure to purchase or holding an invalid drivers license. Melendez-Arenas was found guilty and sentenced to 4 days in jail (4 days credited).

Melendez-Arenas had a charge of providing false information to officer (re: offense/identity) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Alfredo Zacarias Jimenez, 19, was charged with a violation of his drivers or commercial drivers license. Jimenez was found guilty and fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Walter H. Sturgis, 21, was charged with Fish & Game road closure restriction violations. Sturgis was found guilty and fined $23 plus $83 in court costs.

Tasha D. Munster, 15, was charged with the possession, distribution, and use of tobacco as a minor. Munster was found guilty and ordered to pay $75.50 in courts costs.

Dustin D. Hobbs, 19, was charged with hunting, trapping or fishing without a license. Hobbs was found guilty and fined $23 plus $83 in court costs.

April C. Hobbs, 22, was charged with hunting, trapping or fishing without a license. Hobbs was found guilty and fined $23 plus $83 in court costs.

Chelsea M. Brooks, 19, was charged with failure to purchase/ invalid drivers license. Brooks was found guilty and fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Melanie A. Adamson, 46, was charged with constant disturbing sounds of any animal. Adamson was found guilty and fined $68.

Jason T. Kay, 33, was charged with failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license. Kay was found guilty and fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Tammie L. Chaves, 45, was charged with the unlawful possession/transportation of wildlife. Chaves was found guilty and fined $75 plus $83 in court costs.

Jason A. Hotchkiss, (age unknown) was charged with driving without privileges. Hotchkiss was found guilty, sentenced to 20 days in jail (8 days credited), had his drivers license suspended for 1 year, and fined $300 plus $90.50 in court costs.

Gary W. Sprankle, 55, was charged with loitering. Sprankle was found guilty and ordered to serve 3 days in jail (2 days credited).
