Letter of thanks from Duck Valley

Sho-Pai Fire Dept here in Owyhee, Nev., would like to express our extreme gratitude to Chaplain Tom Westall and the Sellman family for the aid they have given us during our recent power outage.

They gave of their time and energy during our unfortunate situation and have provided us emergency aid in our time of need. They spent long hours organizing and transporting food, water, batteries, ice, flashlights and other items for our elders and children at their own expense.

Many have seen their efforts of aid and assistance as an inspiration to us all. Our people that have benefited from their unselfish efforts remind us again that in times of hardship there are always those who care.

We would also like to thank the City of Mountain Home, Mountain Home Air Force Base and the surrounding communities for all generous donations, inquiries, and contributions.

We feel very fortunate to have you as neighbors. With our deepest gratitude and prayers, thanks again Tom, Sher, John and everyone else, god bless.
