Relay for Life was great, but more credit deserved

Dear editor:

The week prior to the Relay for Life, there was a Survivor Reception held. As a first-time attendee, I thought this was as awesome as the Relay!

In your coverage of the reception in the paper, a worthy contributor was not given any credit for this event. I mentioned this to one of your reporters at the relay event, and I searched the paper this past week, but didn't see any mention of them, again.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Trinity Mountain Family Practice for their valuable contribution to the Survivor Reception held on Aug. 10. I realize that this event is about the survivors, of which I am one, but without the generous contributions of others, to which credit should be given, these events would not be possible.
