Magistrate's Court

Anthony Christopher Lopez, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for a probation violation. He was sentenced to five days jail time.

Jason Richard Terrell, 34, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He was sentenced to five days jail time and was credited with five days. Terrell had court costs of $72.50.

Ross A. Piatt, 44, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to five days jail time with five days suspended and he was placed on probation for six months.

Britany E. Jeffery, 18, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Scott A. Ryals, 26, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to two days jail time.

Mitchel R. Herber, 25, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for unlawful entry. He was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 170 days suspended and he was credited with one day. Herber was placed on probation for two years and was ordered to pay restitution of $408.10. He had fines of $1,000 with $300 suspended and he had court costs of $282.50.

Herber pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for malicious injury to property. He was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 170 days suspended. Herber was placed on probation for two years and was ordered to pay restitution of $408.10. He had fines of $500 with $350.00 suspended.

Herber had a misdemeanor charge for petit theft that was dismissed by the prosecutor. He was ordered to pay restitution of $408.10.

Jill M. Aiken, 29, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for kidnapping-custodial interference. She was sentenced to 90 days jail time with 85 days suspended and she was placed on probation for two years. Aiken had fines of $1,000 with $800 suspended and she had court costs of $72.50.

Bryan David Tucker, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for a probation violation. He was sentenced to two days jail time.

Ashley A. Snow, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for use of or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Scott A. Ryals, 26, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Cody R. Bartrop, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to three days jail time with three days suspended. Bartrop had fines of $100.

Nathanial P. Sands, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 55 days suspended. Sands was placed on probation for one year and his drivers license was suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $1,000 with $500 and he had court costs of $87.50.

Sands pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to notify upon striking fixtures on highway. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with 28 days suspended. Sands had fines of $500 with $400.

Marold J. Dilworth, 96, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. She was placed on probation for one year and was ordered to pay restitution of $2,870. Dilworth had fines of $300 with $300 suspended and she had court costs of $72.50.

Dilworth pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Robert Lynch, 27, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 57 days suspended and he was credited with three days. Lynch was placed on probation for one year. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $197.50.

Dusty L. Titus, 24, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 160 days suspended and he was credited with one day. Titus was placed on probation for two years and his drivers license was suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $1,000 and court costs of $122.50.

Dereck M. Kelser, 25, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for driving under the influence (second offense). He was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 170 days suspended and he was credited with one day. Kelser was placed on probation for two years and his drivers license was suspended for one year. He had fines of $2,000 with $1,000 suspended and he had court costs of $87.50.

Kelser had a misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Anthony L. Ponton, 22, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $75 and court costs of $72.50.

Travis G. McMillan, 34, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $72.50.

Zachary D. Albright, 21, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to stop for damage/leaving the scene of an accident. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Albright pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. The disposition was withheld.

Kyle A. Fuller, 24, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for resisting or obstructing officers. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with 23 days suspended and he was credited with seven days. Fuller was placed on probation for one year. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Fuller had a misdemeanor charge for violation of Idaho Department of Fish and Game rules and regulations that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Fuller pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for hunting, trapping or fishing without a license. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $80.

Judith Ann Hensley, 45, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 120 days jail time with 110 days suspended. Hensley was placed on probation for one year and her drivers license was suspended for 180 days.

Aaron A. Lawrence, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 30 days. Lawrence had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Joshua L. Lassy, 30, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $80.

Lassy was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of possession, transport or shipment of wildlife. He had fines of $50.

Danielle N. Parsons, 22, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. He had fines of $125 and court costs of $80.

Derek N. Patterson, 20, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for hunting, trapping, or fishing without a license. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $80.

Patterson pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Derek W. Robasciotti, 19, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 15 days jail time with 15 days suspended and he was placed on probation for 12 months. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $82.50.

Robasciotti pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, consumption or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 30 days. He had fines of $100.

Adrian A. Alatorre Padilla, 24, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $75.50.

Jason T. Miller, 33, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $75.50.

Hal M. Tran, 23, had a misdemeanor charge for failure to carry license on person/exhibit on request that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Tran pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. His fishing license was suspended for one year. He had fines of $325 and court costs of $83.

Tamar L. Raymond, 31, was found guilty of a misdemeanor charge for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license violation. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $75.50.

Steven D. Smede, 37, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to two days jail time and his drivers license was suspended for 180 days. Smede had fines of $250 and court costs of $114.50.

James L. Crawford, 60, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for a dog license violation. He had fines of $68.

Kyle H. Marcum, 17, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a road closure restriction. He had fines of $23 and he had court costs of $83.

Melissa Chavez Hernandez, 25, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for battery. She was sentenced to 10 days jail time with 10 days suspended and she was placed on probation for one year. Hernandez had fines of $200 and court costs of $75.50.

Monteri K. Hall, 24, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to two days jail time and his drivers license was suspended for 180 days. Hall had fines of $250 and court costs of $90.50.

Bryan Elliott Sturgeon, 32, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for battery. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time.

Jaime D. Garduno, 33, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and he had court costs of $77.50.

Omar Rodriquez Romero, 21, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and he had court costs of $75.50.

Edward L. Fincher, 22, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for having an open container on a city street. He was sentenced to five days jail time. Fincher had court costs of $75.50.

Fincher pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for dispensing an alcoholic beverage to a minor. He was sentenced to five days jail time and credited with one day.
