District Court ---

Michael A. Glaspie, 28, had a felony charge for attempted strangulation that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Glaspie pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for battery-domestic violence that was amended to a misdemeanor for disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to 100 days jail time with 92 days suspended and was credited with eight days. Glaspie was placed on probation for one year. He had court costs of $72.50.

Magistrate's Court ---

Anthony Christopher Lopez, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for battery. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $72.50.

James Dean Grimmett, 24, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $172.50.

Grimmett had another amended misdemeanor charge for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $50.

Robert R. Carbray, 39, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 165 days suspended and he was credited with one day. Carbray was placed on probation for two years and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $1,000 with $750 suspended and he had court costs of $157.50.

Joshua O. Zueger, 25, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. He had fines of $25 and court costs of $80.

Zachary A. Crane, 18, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. The disposition was withheld.

Amber R. Warner, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for purchase, consumption, or possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. She was placed on probation for nine months. Warner had fines of $500 with $300 suspended and had court costs of $74.50.

Jerrod Orrin Bulgin, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended and he was credited with two days. Bulgin was placed on probation for one year. He had fines of $500 with $400 suspended and he had court costs of $142.50.

Bulgin pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for use or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with 28 days suspended. Bulgin had fines of $500 with $400 suspended.

Bulgin pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for sixty days. Bulgin had fines of $150.

Bulgin pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He had fines of $100.

Benjamin A. Bolduc, 22, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for hunting, trapping or fishing without a license. He had fines of $23 and court costs of $83.

Tamara Suzanne Gates, 38, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. She had fines of $150 and court costs of $75.50.

Alonso Gomez-Rangel, 20, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $75.50.

Thomas S. Curren, 20, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $75.50.

Jeffery D. Fender, 32, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for placing debris on public/private property. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $75.50.

Ismael Hurtado, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to two days jail time and his drivers license was suspended for 180 days. Hurtado had fines of $250 and court costs of $90.50.

Adam S. Wegrzyniak, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful fishing. He had fines of $25 and court costs of $83.

Wegrzniak pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for failure to carry/exhibit license on request. He had fines of $50.

Federico Escamilla-Martinez, 29, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $177.50 and court costs of $75.50.

Escamilla-Martinez pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession of a mutilated, altered or revoked drivers license. He was sentenced to one day jail time and credited with one day. He had fines of $100.

Andrew A. Hoggatt, 31, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $75.50.
