District Court ---

Nora L. Rosales, 44, had a felony charge for non-support of children/desertion of wife that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Fred T. McDonald, 73, pleaded guilty to a felony charge for aggravated assault that was amended to a misdemeanor for exhibition or use of a deadly weapon.

He was sentenced to three days jail time with three days suspended and was placed on probation for two years. McDonald had fines of $200 and court costs of $225.50.

Magistrate's Court ---

Matt A. Ferraro, 25, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to five days jail time with four days of the sentence suspended.

Johnny L. Gould, 33, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court.

He was sentenced to five days jail time with four days suspended and he was credited with one day. Gould was ordered to pay restitution of $4,012. He had fines of $100.

Gould pleaded guilty to another misdemeanor for contempt of court.

He was sentenced to five days jail time with four days suspended and he was credited with one day. Gould had fines of $100.

Chance Shawn McKeel, 40, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to five days jail time and credited with two days.

Hector Juarez Garcilazo, 35, had a misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Garcilazo pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance.

He was sentenced to 60 days jail time with 43 days suspended and he was credited with 17 days.

Garcilazo was placed on probation for one year. He had fines of $500 with $500 suspended and he had court costs of $142.50.

Tammy S. McCoy, 44, had an amended misdemeanor charge for failure to provide proof of insurance that was dismissed by the prosecutor. She had forfeited bonds of $100.

Jose Pilar Rivera, 31, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license.

He was sentenced to two days jail time and credited with two days. Rivera had fines of $227.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Thomas H. Johnson, 46, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful use of a drivers license. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Maria G. Espinoza-Zacarias, 37, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $77.50.

Scott A. Areliano, 21, had a misdemeanor charge for failure to carry on person/exhibit license on request that was dismissed by the court.

Amadeo Diaz-Gonzalez, (no DOB listed), pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges.

He was sentenced to two days jail time and credited with one day. His drivers license was suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $250 and court costs of $90.50.

Brian N. Gilbert, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

His drivers license was suspended for 90 days and he had court costs of $75.50.
