Magistrate's Court


Francisco G. Wesley, 40, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to two days jail time.

Robert B. Clapier, 47, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He had fines of $50.

Roy William Andrews, Jr., (no DOB listed) pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for petit theft. He had fines of $100 with court costs of $72.50 and was ordered to pay restitution of $33.03.

Michael T. Anderson, 35, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 90 days jail time with 83 days suspended and he was credited with two days. Anderson was placed on probation for one year and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days. He had fines of $1,000 with $600 suspended and had court costs of $87.50.

Anderson had a misdemeanor charge for failure to stop/leaving the scene of an accident that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

David B. Jay, 26, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $72.50.

Sylvana S. Magee, 29, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 175 days suspended and she was placed on probation for one year. Magee had fines of $1,000 with $750 suspended and had court costs of $117.50.

Magee pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for use of/or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to five days jail time with three days suspended and was credited with two days. Magee had fines of $100 with $100 suspended.

Joe R. Pena, 25, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence (excessive). He was sentenced to 365 days jail time with 335 days suspended. Pena was placed on probation for two years and had his drivers license suspended for one year. he had fines of $2,000 with $1,250 suspended and he had court costs of $87.50.
