Final results from rodeo announced

Results are in for the Daniel Dopps Memorial PRCA Rodeo that was held June 22-23.

First place in bareback riding was Noah Bayes of Adrian, Ore., with 82 points. Daniel Herman of Marsing received 77 points and was closely followed by Nathan Bayes of Adrian, Ore,. with 76 points. Colton Bair brought in fourth place with 74 points.

Saddle bronc riding went to Ira Slagowski of Carlin, Nev., with 81 points. He was followed by Hadley Hunting of Waren, Utah, with 78 points. Kurtis Koeppen of Challis, and John Uhalde of Ely, Nev., both received 75 points.

Jarrod Roberson, of Mountain Home, took first in stock saddle bronc riding with 92 points. Riley Timmons of Mountain Home, Ida., placed second with 73 points.

Bull riding went to Leeroy Winward of Dingle, Idaho, with a score of 81 points. Second was Rylan Wright of Midway, Utah, with 78 points. He was followed by Landon Hall of Lehi, Utah, with 75 points.

Tieing for fourth and fifth place with 74 points were Dustin Larsen of Manila, Utah, and Paul Coppini of Kuna, Clancy Mummert of Hailey, received 56 points.

Wes Lockard of Susanville, Calif., took first in tie down roping with a time of 10.8 seconds. Morris Ledford of Caldwell . followed in second with 11 seconds. Jason Vohs of Las Vegas, came in third with 11.2 seconds, and Paul Cope of Nampa. took fourth with 11.7 seconds.

In steer wrestling, Ryan Shaw of Plain City, Utah, came in first with a time of 4.9 seconds. Carl Seiders of Adrian, Ore., and Wes Lockard of Susanville, Calif., tied for second and third with a time of 5.1 seconds. Jace Davis of Adrian, Ore., took fourth with 5.2 seconds.

Cody Hutchinson and Beau Hutchinson both of Blackfoot, took first place in the team roping event with 6.2 seconds. They were followed by Tom Roberts and B.J. Roberts both of Lapwia, with 6.3 seconds. Justin Hudson of West Haven, Utah, and Jade Anderson of Goshen, Utah, came in third with 6.6 seconds.

Wyatt Althoff of Gilbert, Ariz., and Harley Martin of Casa Grande, Ariz., tied with Pace Freed of Pocatello and John Flinders of Rexburg for fourth place with 6.7 seconds.

First in barrel racing went to Bobby Jean Colyer with a time of 18.43 seconds followed by Gloria King at 18.49 seconds. In Third was Ashley Corbus with a time of 18.71 seconds. She was closely followed by Shelly Williams in fourth with 18.72 seconds. MacKenzie Woods took fourth with 18.82 seconds, and Breanna McKay took sixth place with a time of 18.96 seconds.

The All Around Cowboy for the rodeo was Wes Lockard.
