Hal Walker golf tourney set June 23

The 9th Annual Hal Walker Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, June 23, at Silver Sage Golf Course at Mountain Home AFB.

The event benefits scholarships and Rotary projects. Walker was a leader in the community heavily involved in Rotary and other projects benefiting the community.

The cost is $100 per team, which includes green fees, one cart per four people, and lunch. Four-person teams should have a combined handicap of 50 or higher.

Prizes will be awarded for the longest drive and closest to the pin.

Registration will begin that day at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
