District Court


Marilyn Marie Flores, 27, pleaded guilty to a felony charge for theft by receiving/possessing stolen property. The charge was amended to a misdemeanor for petit theft and the disposition was withheld.

Shelissia Marie Cornford, 28, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for theft by any common law larceny that was amended to a felony conviction for a lottery violation. She was placed on probation for five years and ordered to pay $550.17 in restitution. Cornford had fines of $500 and court costs of $397.50.

Cornford pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge for theft by any common law larceny. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Susan B. Talamantez, 49, pleaded guilty to an amended felony charge for criminal solicitation to commit a crime. She was sentenced to seven days jail time and credited with 21 days. Talamantez was placed on probation for five years and ordered to pay restitution of $450. She had fines of $250 and court costs of $97.50.

Juan Reyes, 37, pleaded guilty to a felony for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time and credited with one day. Reyes was placed on probation for 10 years. He had fines of $1,000 and court costs of $427.50.

Reyes had misdemeanor charges for driving without privileges and failure to maintain liability insurance that were dismissed by the prosecutor.

Ruth P. Martinez, 32, had a felony burglary charge that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Martinez pleaded guilty to a felony for conspiracy to commit burglary. She was sentenced to 20 days jail time and credited with one day. Martinez was placed on probation for three years and was ordered to pay restitution of $128.11. She had fines of $250 and court costs of $347.50.

Everett E. Johnson, 62, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for unlawful method of fishing. He had fines of $75 and court costs of $80.

Kayla Diane Lyon, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for possession, distribution or use of tobacco by a minor. She had fines of $118.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Alejandro Saucedo Martinez, 16, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Elsa Martinez-Pacheco, 20, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She was sentenced to two days jail time and had fines of $200 with court costs of $72.50.

Martinez-Pacheco pleaded guilty to an infraction for failure to provide proof of insurance. She had fines of $100.

Joshua D. McMullen, 25, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a drivers license or commercial drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Felipe Valdez, 22, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Gloria P. Wilson, 22, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for constant disturbing sounds of an animal. She had fines of $4.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Frank O. Lambertus, 26, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for contempt of court. He was sentenced to five days jail time with four days suspended.

Ricardo Corona, 26, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for a probation violation. He was sentenced to 21 days jail time.

Shane M. Chavis, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for driving without privileges (second offense). He was sentenced to 30 days jail time and credited with one day and his drivers license was suspended for one year. Chavis had court costs of $87.50.

Garrick B. Gonzales, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to five days jail time.

Kriangsak Blechinger, 35, had a misdemeanor charge for battery-domestic violence that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Aristeo G. Marquez, Jr., 25, had an amended misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges (third offense) that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Marquez had a misdemeanor charge for open container of an alcoholic beverage that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Marquez had a misdemeanor charge for providing false information to an officer that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Marquez had a misdemeanor charge for failure to maintain liability insurance that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Matt K. Tracy, 29, had a misdemeanor for violation of a road closure restriction that was dismissed by the prosecutor. He had forfeited bonds of $106.

Douglas S. Leininger, 31, had a misdemeanor charge for violation of a road closure restriction that was dismissed by the prosecutor. He had forfeited bonds of $106.

Mark E. Drouin, 36, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. The disposition was withheld.

Crystal R. Sears, 19, had a misdemeanor charge for battery-domestic violence that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Ivan Sudac, 39, had a misdemeanor charge for driving without privileges that was dismissed by the prosecutor. He had forfeited bonds of $72.50.

Jesse Nunez, 23, had a misdemeanor charge for battery-domestic violence that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Nunez had a misdemeanor charge for injury to a child that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Joshua James Moyer, 24, had a misdemeanor charge for battery-domestic violence that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Nathan A. Blackman, 23, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor charge for exhibition or use of a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 100 days suspended. Blackman was credited with 49 days and was placed on probation for two years. He had fines of $500 with $500 suspended and he had court costs of $72.50.

Gordon Gabe Roush, 23, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for battery. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with 25 days suspended and he was credited with one day. Roush was placed on probation for one year. He had fines of $500 with $250 suspended and he had court costs of $107.50.

Tye O. Riley, 19, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, consumption or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 30 days. Riley had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Daniel R. Carrico, no DOB listed, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a road closure restriction. He had fines of $26 and court costs of $80.

Kenneth Jones, 26, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for a negligent boating operation. He had fines of $118.50 with court costs of $72.50.

Betty Jane Taylor, 57, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of a road closure restriction. She had fines of $26 and she had court costs of $80.

Jack W. Martin, 25, was found guilty of a negligent boating operation. He had fines of $118.50 with court costs of $72.50.

Eulalio Sandoval, 43, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for a negligent boating operation. He had fines of $118.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Juan Arteaga, 19, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $74.50.

Jason Scott Whitaker, 32, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to 365 days jail time with 335 days suspended. Whitaker was placed on probation for two years and had his drivers license suspended for two years. He had fines of $2,000 with $1,500 suspended and he had court costs of $87.50.

Christopher A. Frampton, 25, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for disturbing the peace. He had fines of $68.50 with court costs of $72.50.

Antonio C. Ramos, 18, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.

Ramos pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for providing false information to an officer. He was sentenced to five days jail time with three days suspended and he was credited with one day. Ramos was placed on probation for six months. He had fines of $500 with $400 suspended.
