Magistrate's Court

Justin O. Posey, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 30 days jail time with 30 days suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. Posey had fines of $300 with $150 suspended and he had court costs of $226.50.

Posey pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for a probation violation. He was sentenced to two days jail time.

Stephanie N. Royce, 26, had two misdemeanor charges for injury to a child that were dismissed by prosecutor.

Amanda J. Noblin, 23, had an amended misdemeanor charge for driving a offense by someone owning/controlling a vehicle that was dismissed by the prosecutor. She had forfeited bonds of $75.

Guillermo C. Mendoza, 20, was found guilty of an amended misdemeanor charge for consumption or possession of an open container of alcohol by a passenger. He had fines of $15.50 and court costs of $41.50.

Mendoza had a misdemeanor charge for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

William T. Bamber III, 46, pleaded not guilty to an amended misdemeanor for constant disturbing sounds of an animal. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Kriston Blythe McConnell, 18, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $75 and court costs of $72.50.

Phillip D. Pelletier, 21, had a misdemeanor charge for inattentive/careless driving that was dismissed by the court.

Matthew Alexander McCain, 15, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for possession, distribution, or use of tobacco by a minor. He was sentenced to 10 days jail time with 10 days suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. He had court costs of $84.50.

Sandra L. Jessup, 41, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $150 and court cots of $72.50.

Leobardo R. Gutierrez, 40, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $150 and court costs of 72.50.

Kristina D. Reedy, 46, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for petit theft. She was sentenced to 10 days jail time with eight days suspended and she was placed on probation for one year. Reedy had fines of $500 with $350 suspended and she had court costs of $72.50.

Misty A. Aiken, 36, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for unlawful method of fishing. She had fines of $120 and court costs of $80.

Marcia L. Avella, 37, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for constant disturbing sounds of an animal. She had fines of $4.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Robert D. Christie, 41, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for hunting, fishing, or trapping without a license. He had fines of $26 and court costs of $80.

Leonard E. Johnson Jr., 23, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $200 and court costs of $72.50.

Marco L. Martinez-Martinez, 15, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, distribution, or use of tobacco by a minor. He had fines of $50 and court costs of $72.50.

Martinez-Martinez pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, consumption, or purchase of alcohol by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 60 days and he had fines of $200 with court costs of $72.50.

Peyton J. Parham, 22, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for driving on a divided /restricted access highway. He had fines of $13.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Bailey D. Coffin, 16, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Adrian John, 20, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving without privileges. He was sentenced to two days jail time. John had fines of $250 and court costs of $87.50.

Alejandro Nolasco-Juarez, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.
