District Court

Alan F. Rohr, 29, had two felony charges for lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16 that were dismissed by the prosecutor.

Kevin Q. Howard, 22, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge for attempted strangulation. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Howard was found guilty of a felony charge for battery -- domestic violence. He was placed on probation for two years.

Magistrate's Court

Clinton R. Schulz, 27, had a misdemeanor charge for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation. The disposition was a forfeited bond in the amount of $100.

Troy V. Caplinger, 35, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for a vicious dog violation. He was sentenced to three days jail time and credited with one day. Caplinger had fines of $250 and court costs of $72.50.

Caplinger pleaded guilty to another misdemeanor charge for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation.

Brian K. Anderson, 28, had a misdemeanor charge for obstructing officers that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Anderson had a misdemeanor charge for failure to purchase a sellers license that was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Anderson pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for loitering. He was sentenced to seven days jail time and credited with seven days served.

Kevin P. Lowe II, 21, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for a violation of a road closure restriction. He had fines of $26 and court costs of $80.

Juan P. Escamilla, 29, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for a drivers license or commercial drivers license violation. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.

Armon R. Stevenson, 41, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He sentenced to three days jail time and credited with one day. Stevenson had court costs of $72.50.
