Tiger golf team finishes last

The Mountain Home Tiger boys golf team battled the elements last Monday at Centennial golf Course in Nampa.

Caldwell and Vallivue tied for first, both shooting a 157 total. Emmett was third at 164, two shots better than Nampa. Bishop Kelly, which had won the first two conference tourneys, finished fifth with a 170, followed by Skyview at 179, Kuna, 183, and Mountain Home was eighth, at 197.

Joe Rebon again led the Mountain Home golfers. He shot a 45, which tied him for 22nd. Steven Bitrick shot a 49, Monte Rinebold carded a 51, Nick Trueba came in with a 52, and Lane Short shot a 53.
