Loretta Finneman, 75

Loretta K. Finneman, 75, of Mountain Home, died at a Gooding Rehabilitation Living Center on Jan. 1, 2005.

At her request no services will be held. Cremation is under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, Mountain Home.

Loretta was born on Dec. 30, 1929 in Missoula, Mont., to Earl and Ollie (Tucker) Kirkwood.

She was educated in Montana and married George Finneman on Feb. 14, 1948, in Moscow, Idaho.

Loretta and George moved to Mountain Home in 1995 from Missoula.

Loretta loved being in the outdoors hunting and fishing, her family said. She enjoyed crocheting making afghans and loved to cook.

Loretta followed George on many of his jobs where she enjoyed cooking in different restaurants and making new friends.

She is survived by: her husband, George; two sons, Wade and his wife, Liz, of Mountain Home, and Joe and his wife, Dennette, of Henderson, Calif. , six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents and two brothers, who died during WWII.
