The season ended for the Mountain Home Tigers at the District III 4A Boys Soccer Tournament at Caldwell last week.

The Tigers dropped their first-round match to Kuna last Monday, 2-0, to fall into the loser bracket.

That put them up against Caldwell, who had lost their first round match to Skyview.

The Tigers came through with a 4-1 win over the Cougars, eliminating Caldwell from the Tournament.

Brian Weiss had two goals and an assist, and JD Miesegaes and Jorge Dominguez also had goals.

Aaron Swartz had four saves as goal keeper, Brady Rector, three.

Mountain Home then faced Emmett on Wednesday. The Huskies, after opening with a 3-1 win over Vallivue, lost to Nampa, 4-3, in overtime. The Tigers had lost to Emmett twice, 2-1, and, 1-0 during the regular season. The Huskies managed a 2-1 win to oust the Tigers from the District Tournament.
