Otter, Jeli plan wedding

Mike and Diane Jeli, of Canby, Ore., have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer, to Luke Otter of Molalla, Ore., the son of Wayne and Froi Otter.

Otter lived in the Glenns Ferry/Bruneau area from 1982-1997.

The wedding will take place on Feb. 21, 2004, at St. James Catholic Church in Molalla.

Jeli, a 1999 graduate of Canby, graduated from Clackamas Community College in 2002 and is currently attending the College of Emergency Services where she is studying to become a paramedic. She plans to graduate in January 2004. She is also a volunteer EMT at the Monitor Fire Department.

Jeli's fiance, Luke Otter, is a 1999 graduate of Molalla High School and graduated from Clackamas Community College in 2002. He is currently employed as a mechanic at AgWest Supply in Woodburn.
