Boys soccer ready for district

The Mountain Home Tigers opened District III 4A Boys Soccer Tournament play yesterday (Tuesday) at Vallivue.

Mountain Home, which went 4-3-1 in conference play to earn the number two seed, opened against number three seed Emmett, which beat Mountain Home 3-0 last week at Emmett. The Tigers had beaten Emmett 2-0 earlier in the season at Mountain Home.

A win over Emmett will put the Tigers in the District Championship game, and assure them of a trip to the 4A State Soccer Tournament next week in Pocatello.
