Powerful Storm Blows Through Town

Late Monday night a powerful storm rolled through Mountain Home causing havoc and leaving damage in its wake. Reports came from all over town of power outages and damaged and downed trees. Tuesday morning, as people woke up to survey the damage, smoke filled the air from range fires caused by the lightening reminding us all of the extreme fire danger Southern Idaho faces in the heat of summer.
