Frank G. Wise recently passed away in Phoenix, AZ, after a battle with cancer. Frank was born in Fort Stockton, TX. He was preceded in death by his mother Belle G. Wise and Father Rudy Wise. Frank was a 1964 graduate of Mtn. Home High School; followed by three years of service in Germany with the United States Army. ...
