Frank H. Millet, 85, of Grand View, Idaho, passed away June 5, 2014, at a Boise Care Center. Franklin Hyrum Millet was born on June 13, 1928, in Jerome, Idaho, to Clarence Artemus Millet and Geneva May Johnson. He had one brother and two sisters. He went to school until the 8th grade.
