An early morning roll-over accident on I-84 claimed the life of a Kansas man Monday, who was traveling together with a relative and enroute to Oregon. Initial reports from Elmore County deputies confirm that Garett W. Clarkson, 27, of Desoto, Kansas, was driving westbound near milepost 100 when the accident happened at approximately 6:45 a.m. this morning...
