  • The saddest thing is that decent honest companies have to deal with a multitude of regulations because of companies like Massey. For the sins of a few, the many suffer.

  • There should be criminal prosecutions starting with the ceo .....the cost of doing business??? How about taking his yaught and selling it as the cost of prosecuting him.HE probally saw those people as exspendable,and the regulations as a pain.Thats how the 1% see us.they should not have been allowed to operate until all the violations were cleared and inspected.CASH flow was more important how dare us expect to be treated like we are somebody........They didnt care then and they dont now.
