I've had sooo many horses too, and I have pretty much the same memories as yours, just different names for the characters. Horses are so much more human than lots of people think. And for the most part they are honest. It may sound funny, but I learned alot of my child raising 'thoughts and techniques" from being a horsewoman, long before I was a mother. Structure and discipline, and BACK IT UP.

Bonnie you have done a very good job writing all your blogs and comparing animals to us human race. I have to admit I like the name Bonnie it was the name of my first serious girl friend. I guess she will always be special in my world. I tracker her down a few years back and we talked a bit, chances are we will never see each other again, she has her life and I have mine. The whole story goes back over 40 plus years and I am not going to tell it was just a part of life.

  • Thank you Eagle_eye. My husband likes my name too. I think he had a girlfriend in grade school named Bonnie.
