Messages of courage, sacrifice presented at Honor Museum program

Messages of courage and sacrifices involving the nation’s military combat veterans gained a new perspective as junior high school students from the Richard McKenna Charter School took part in an event to honor the memory of these individuals.

The Honor Museum Showcase held Jan. 23 led the school’s seventh- and eight-grade students to complete research projects to highlight these heroes, many of whom gave their lives to save the lives of others during various wars in this nation’s history.
