Prayer breakfast set for Saturday

People in the Mountain Home community plan to reflect on the legacy of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his call for Americans to serve others during an event scheduled for Saturday.

Sponsored by the Mountain Home Community Black History Committee, this year’s Martin Luther King Jr. Prayer Breakfast begins at 9 a.m. that morning at the Elks Lodge, 325 South 3rd West St., with breakfast served at 9 a.m.
