Former wing leader named for promotion

The former commander of the 366th Fighter Wing at Mountain Home Air Force Base represented one of dozens of senior military leaders selected for promotion last week.
Maj. Gen. Jefferson J. O'Donnell received the appointment to the rank of lieutenant general as he prepares for his next assignment as the deputy chief of staff for manpower, personnel and services at Headquarters Air Force at the Pentagon, Air Force officials announced.
