Chris Sandy watches as a student from Glenns Ferry High School struggles to navigate across the floor of the school’s gymnasium while wearing goggles that replicate the way people’s vision changes while under the influence of alcohol as part of last week’s presentation. It represented a way for these students to gain a first-hand look at the dangers of driving while intoxicated.

The consequences of dangerous actions that teenagers and others in this nation often make took the stage at Glenns Ferry High School last week as a man shared his message of how to avoid making those life-changing choices.
During a scheduled assembly in the high school gymnasium, Chris Sandy shared with these students how his life changed as the result of an impaired driving crash that happened 25 years ago.
