Providing help for the holidays

Jordan Viola Jr., helps move boxes filled with assortments of canned food and vegetables as the six year old takes part in a community effort held Nov. 25 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church.

In the days leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday, the Boise Rescue Mission teamed up with the Salvation Army to provide 46 boxes filled with holiday food to support families across Elmore County and other nearby counties as part of this combined effort.
