Plans to make changes involving the radio frequency private pilots use when flying their aircraft to and from the Mountain Home Municipal Airport led to a nearly two-hour discussion before the city council during a public meeting Oct. 28.

The meeting began as local pilot Ted Thompson addressed concerns regarding what he referred to as “frequency congestion” at the airfield on Airbase Road.
