Voters select new mayor, city council reps

Residents in Mountain Home and Glenns Ferry plan to see a change in local leadership as people cast their votes for those filling seats on the city council in both communities while selecting the next mayor of Glenns Ferry.
According to the unofficial results posted by the Elmore County Elections Office on Nov. 4, Decker Sanders earned 845 of the 3,908 total votes cast that day with Brendan McCarthy receiving the support of 817 voters in the Mountain Home area.
