Spooktacular scheduled for this Friday

People often dress up as various ghosts, ghouls and other characters as they gather at the Hub Plaza to take part in the annual Spooktacular event.

Ghosts, ghouls and an assortment of various heroes and villains plan to gather in the city’s downtown area to enjoy an evening of fun and candy during this year’s Spooktacular event on Friday.

Free and open to all ages, the event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. in the vicinity of the El Rancho parking lot as well as the Hub Plaza, located at the corner of East 2nd South and North 2nd East streets.
