Ann Elizabeth Payne joined her husband and son in heaven on September 29, 2025.

Ann was born in Kansas, where she met her husband, Larry. After several moves, they finally settled in Ketchum, Idaho, where she began a 35+ year career in the waste management field.

Everywhere Ann went, she brought warmth and laughter with her. People were naturally drawn to her wit and charm.

Ann eventually transferred to Mountain Home, Idaho, where she and her husband bought their first and only house.

Ann loved being outside. She was either going for walks, riding her bike, or tending to her flowers, garden, and yard.

Ann also enjoyed watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren play sports. Ann would be in the stand or on the field cheering them on.

Ann also enjoyed watching college (Kansas State) and pro football (Go Chiefs).

When she wasn't watching sports, she was busy sewing. A gifted seamstress, Ann poured her creativity and patience into every stitch she made. Her sewing was more than a skill; it was an expression of love to all she cared for.

Ann is survived by her 2 loving daughters, her 4 grandchildren, and her 10 great-grandchildren. Ann will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
