Community’s Oktoberfest scheduled for this Saturday

An element of German heritage and culture returns to Mountain Home this Saturday during this year’s Oktoberfest celebration.

Scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. that day in Carl Miller Park, the event hosted by the city as well as the chamber of commerce features an assortment of beer from local breweries in Mountain Home, Boise, Nampa and Buhl along with samples of various types of wine and various refreshments.
