Aug. 20

James Pincher, as part of a plea agreement, was sentence to 180 days jail time with 179 days suspended and 1 day credited for the offense of driving under the influence. His drivers license was suspended for 180 days and unsupervised probation of 1 year. CR20-25-00986

Gilberto Rodarte pled guilty to the offense of driving without privileges. He was fined $300 and court costs of $172.50. CR20-25-02064

Jose Guadalupe Sanchez, as part of a plea agreement was sentence to 180 days jail time, with 150 days suspended and credit for 30 days for the offense of driving under the influence. His drivers license was suspended for 180 days and unsupervised probation of 1 year. CR20-24-01440

Sandra K. Crumrine was fined $250 and court costs of $157.50 in a plea agreement for the amended offense of disturbing the peace. CR20-25-01066

Austin J. Elledge had a charge of possession of controlled substance dismissed on motion of prosecutor. In a separate plea agreement Elledge pled guilty to a misdemeanor count of use of possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia, He was fined $250 and court costs of $329.50. CR20-25-00903

Levi Durlin Hammon had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed on motion of prosecutor. In a separate plea agreement Hammon pled guilty to the count of use or possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 74 days jail time and credited with time served of 74 days, and fined $461.50 in court costs

Nicholas Scott McAllister, as part of a plea agreement, pled guilty to a charge of use or possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was fined $150 and court costs of $197.50. CR20-25-00945

Bradley T. Davis was sentenced to 180 days jail time with 174 days suspended for a count of driving under the influence, as part of a plea agreement, he was placed on 24 months supervised probation and drivers license was suspended for 180 days, fined $1000 and court costs of $202.50 CR20-25-00960
