City leaders and chamber of commerce representatives join children and teens as they watch Heather Terrian and Tasha Locks cut the ribbon to officially mark the grand opening of Mountain Home’s new youth support agency.

Located at 540 South 3rd West Street, Youth Rising features various activities and programs geared for those between 11 and 18 years old as a way to help “empower” these children and teens while providing the guidance needed to help each of them achieve the goals they hope to meet in their lives.
