Marking start of housing development's next phase

Dust goes flying through the air as city officials and local business representatives join forces with members affiliated with the Falcons Landing Townhomes’ project as they break ground to symbolize the start of the second phase of this development during a ceremony July 24.

The project includes the construction of 30 additional two- and three-bedroom units in the subdivision, located along a section of South 5th West Street.

The ceremony came as efforts continued to secure the funding needed to start the third phase of this townhome project that would include 30 more of these “Love, Empowerment and Partnership,” or LEAP homes on the south side of Mountain Home.
