Coordinated efforts led to man’s rescue

Coordinated efforts involving the city and county emergency responders led to the successful rescue of a man dealing with a medical emergency July 12.

The man started experiencing signs of a heart attack while on the roof of his home on the north side of town at 9:50 p.m.
