Action needed to remove local ‘Thistle Farm’

I’m not sure how many people have noticed Mountain Home’s newest industry – the Thistle Farm on West 5th North Street. Please feel free to drive by and take a look.

The plants are “free,” so stuff some in your car.

The owner of the property no longer lives in Mountain Home, so he assumes no responsibility for maintaining this land.

In addition, the railroad tracks are city property and have not been maintained since being annexed in along with the Thistle Farm.

This is a major fire hazard! Something needs to be done now!
