Mountain Home prepares for July 4 events

A fireworks show held next to the Desert Canyon Golf Course highlights the yearly Fourth of July events held each year in Mountain Home.

The anniversary of the nation’s independence returns to Mountain Home as people come together during a Fourth of July celebration on Friday.

The day’s events begin at 11 a.m. in Carl Miller Park as local groups host a number of events throughout the afternoon.
