Free fishing day set for Saturday

This year's event allows people to fish at Legacy Park with the need for a fishing license on Saturday.

Amateur anglers are expected to join seasoned fishermen at Legacy Park on Saturday during a yearly event aimed at introducing people of all ages to the sport.

Hosted by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, the free fishing day event remains the one time of the year where people can fish anywhere in the state without a license.
