Lions Club to host Second Annual Kids Triathlon

This year’s event features an “action-packed” morning of athletic challenges mixed with a sense of fun that helps build confidence and promote healthy lifestyles for these participants, said event spokesman Brendan McCarthy.

Members of the local Lions Club organization expect children and teens from across the Mountain Home area to come together and raise a sense of competitive spirit during the Second Annual Lionman Kids Triathlon on Saturday.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. at Tiger Field next to Mountain Home Junior High School with the first heat of the competition following at 10:30 a.m.
