Gunfighters celebrate National Police Week

Staff Sgt. Cody Westover, a combat arms training instructor with the 366th Security Forces Squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base, shows Karter Shierbon how to sight in an M60 machine gun as the youngster takes part in an event held May 14 in Carl Miller Park.

Held in conjunction with this year’s National Police Week celebration, members of the squadron hosted the community engagement day event as part of the annual observance.
