Local school district gains federal grant

The Mountain Home School District was among eight school districts and two community organizations across the state set to receive a portion of $1.53 million in federal grant support.

In a press release from the Idaho Department of Education, the school district in Mountain Home was due to receive nearly $115,000 of these federal funds through the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers program.
