Karan Ann (Day) Kahlke

Karan Ann (Day) Kahlke passed on to be with the Lord and her heavenly family on May 8, 2025.

Karan was born on April 21, 1950, in Mountain Home, ID. She attended grades 1-12 and, after graduating from Mountain Home High School, attended Northwest College in Kirkland, WA.

While working in Seattle, she met and later married Peter David Kahlke in Anchorage, AK.

Together they lived in Anchorage, Virginia, Mountain Home, ID, and finally settled in Boise, ID.

During this time Karan gave birth to three wonderful children as they worked and raised a family,

Karan was a faithful daughter, wife, aunt, mother, and sister. She always followed and loved Jesus, and we look forward to reuniting with her soon.

Karan is survived by her husband Peter, Sons Samuel and Johnathon, Daughter Bear, Brother Dan (Charlene), and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
