Following an announcement in which the city police chief announced plans to resign from his duties with the Mountain Home Police Department, the city's military liaison officer formally announced his decision to also resign from his city position.
Marty Anderson, who served in this role since July 2020, highlighted the “unprofessional” conduct and behavior involving members of the city council as the main reason why he planned to resign from his contract position.
