Governor honors military children

Governor Brad Little poses for a photo with military officials and their children during a ceremony held earlier this month. During that meeting, the governor signed a proclamation officially declaring April as the Month of the Military Child.

Senior military officials from Gowen Field and Mountain Home Air Force Base joined students from Stephensen Elementary School and other schools as they gathered at the state capitol to officially celebrate the children of military families across the state.

During a ceremony held April 3, Idaho Governor Brad Little signed a proclamation declaring April as the Month of the Military Child in Idaho.
